We will double check all your orders before we send it to you to make sure all the item is in a good condition when you receive.

 

As we provide measurements, please kindly allow 1–2cm differences. We will not accept any refund or exchange of items unless defect, wrong color, wrong size issues.

 

The refund request must be made not more than 2 days after you received the parcel.

The refund will be processed within 2–5 days since the request is approved.
